Our Purpose
Loving God
This begins through salvation—a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. It continues as we faithfully gather together to worship and hear God’s Word preached.
And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. Mark 12:30
Growing Together
We must study God’s Word and faithfully spend time with Him. We also develop relationships of encouragement and fellowship with fellow church members.
But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen. II Peter 3:18
Reaching Out
God has a plan of service for each believer. Our church gives us an opportunity to get involved in ministry, and to reach out with the Gospel both here and around the world.
But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. Acts 1:8
